I’ve been doing a lot of spooky/creepy houses lately on House Crazy in honor of Halloween season… but today it’s time for a happy house.

This perky 1905 former farmhouse is now nestled in a suburban neighborhood near Hamilton, New Jersey. The neighborhood has built up around the old house but it is still a wonderfully charming vintage home.

The late Victorian/early craftsman style home is currently listed for sale at $214,500.

Look at this cute kitchen:

Upstairs there are three airy bedrooms…

A fourth bedroom was converted into a walk-in closet/dressing room off the master bedroom.

The wood flooring in the master is original to the house.

One of the bedrooms also has a sweet private balcony…

Outside, the home has a spacious landscaped backyard that even includes a horseshoe/bocce court!

You never know until you visit a house in person, but from the pictures, this looks like a very happy house.
