Hand-built adobe home in Las Cruces, New Mexico

A reader named Julia sent me an email about her adobe home that was recently listed on the market in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The hand-built adobe home was created by local builder Bob Pattison who has built several adobe homes in the Mesilla area. Julia says “this one is his most unique, though, because it’s so open–it’s like an adobe loft!”

The sellers need to move due to an out-of-state job transfer, so they have listed their house at $359,900. The 1995 home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in 2,099 square feet.
