British Columbia Beach Beauty
Prepare to be swept into rustic serenity…
This beach-inspired beauty, located in Campbell River B.C., is not actually for sale, but you can rent it!
The Canadian Pacific Northwest is on full display in this charming sea-side home.
Used as a vacation rental, this house “sleeps six people and can entertain up to 18 guests inside. Available for rent year-round, there is a minimum 3-night rental. The house is ideal for beachfront weddings, corporate getaways, and vacation rental.”
The architecture has a definite mid-century feel with the beamed vaulted ceilings, long stone fireplace, and large windows that take in the expansive water views.
Since this house is a vacation rental, it has a couple of kitchens and living areas. This particular kitchen is fun and modern:
(Cute kid!)
This is a dining room from another section of the house with equally wonderful water views.
Another comfy, casual living room with a large stone fireplace…
The kitchen in this section is very retro-looking:
Here’s one of the bedrooms – simple, comfortable and serene.
I love the little “beach” references like the starfish on the bed.
Here is one of the bathrooms - an abundance of yellow wood, but still attractive:
The “spa” tub complete with overhead skylights to maximize your bubble-bath star-gazing experience:
Usually I don’t like wood paneling but there is something so natural and comforting about it in this ocean-side home.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh…. heavenly British Columbia….
I sure miss it. British Columbia is another amazing place I was lucky enough to live in for a while.
