In Biwabik, Minnesota stands this adorable former hay barn.

Dating back 1935, the barn has been extensively remodeled and is now used as a vacation rental.

The Green Gate Barn is actually one of two vacation rentals on a private 13 acre farmstead north of Duluth near the Canadian border.

The beautifully converted barn has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all the 21st century amenities you could want.

The 1,250 square foot interior is rustic-chic with muted neutrals throughout.
