Bart Prince designed home
Funky house in Albuquerque
Published April 23, 2012 | By housecrazy
Albuquerque, New Mexico is also known as “Albu-quirky” – for good reason. People there do their own thing and nobady really minds, as evidenced in this funky house:
When I first saw an exterior photo of this house on Realtor.com, I said to myself, Gosh that looks like another Bart Prince designed house!
Sure enough, when I found the listing description it had this to say:
GREAT NEW price!!!! Now is your chance to get a Bart Prince design. Own a piece of history. A REAL living art museum. Wide open design with two atrium’s. You have to see to believe. Truly a custom house.
This house is amazing architecturally, but aesthetically as well – it is a perfect time-capsule of the late 1970′s/early 1980′s inside.
